This is a Level 2 NVC training for individuals who have already taken our basic Giving and Receiving Feedback training. Perhaps you would like more opportunity to integrate your feedback skills with more practice and exploration. Or perhaps you would like a deeper dive into the challenges. In the class we will:
Review the Basics
Explore the blocks to receiving feedback
Unpack challenges in both giving and receiving feedback
Have opportunities to see demos and to practice
