A Retreat facilitated by Dharma Teacher and Certified Nonviolent Communication Trainer, Peggy Smith, and Dharma Teacher, Theodate Lawlor including mindful sitting, walking and eating. There will be opportunities for deep relaxation practice, noble silence & possibly canoeing/kayaking.Relational Neuroscience will be a focus of our practice time. We will engage practical listening & speaking skills that build warmth and connection for ourselves & others.
