In this 1/2 day ONLINE training Leah will share her “best practices” for supporting groups in times of challenge, based on 15 years of facilitating and mediating in a wide range of settings and circumstances.
Drawing from Nonviolent Communication, Dynamic Facilitation and basic mediation skills, we’ll explore:
The pre-work that sets a group up for success and limits surprises
The importance of skillful listening and empathy in creating “brave space” and regulated nervous systems
Structural elements that allow all voices to be heard while efficiently tracking progress
Navigating creative tension with care and confidence
Wrapping up a session in a satisfying and intentional way
